2. Warranty & Manufacturer Support
Unless a balance brand warranty is specifically indicated with an original invoice, review devices do not carry a manufacturer warranty. Gyan Therapy Store is an independent seller and does not provide post-purchase warranty repairs or ongoing service guarantees.
3. Returns, Replacements & Transit Damage
Because items are single unique inventory units, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or subjective expectations. In the rare case of severe physical transit damage or dead-on-arrival (DOA) hardware failure, an uncut, continuous video recording of the unboxing from package seal opening to power-on is mandatory within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for inspection and resolution.
4. Payment Verification & Order Confirmation
